Give people access
Hydra adds two roles. The chat panel only appears for users who have one — assign them to whoever should use Hydra.

To assign: open the person's User record, add Hydra User or Hydra Admin under Roles, and save. For a whole team, add the role to a Role Profile.
NOTE
Users without a Hydra role won't see the chat panel at all (System Managers always have access). Each user picks their own mode — Ask / Plan / Fast — right in the panel; it's not an admin setting.
